  • Coupeville Library (map)

A great food product or idea is just the first step. Set your goals and how you will measure success. Learn about important concepts such as business planning, consumer behavior, product differentiation and testing, pricing, advertising, distribution channels, and more. Learn what you’ll need to do to meet your goals! Geared towards producers of value-added food products (baked goods, jams, jellies, fermented foods, candy, dressings, sauces, etc).

Led by Gene Kahn, SCORE business counselor specializing in consumer packaged goods, farming, and product development.
